I wanted to thank Dr. Leiss and his amazing staff for their love & compassion, patience and honesty, taking care of my daughter, throughout this entire orthodontic experience. We originally went to another practice who wanted to extract 4 teeth and apply a device in her mouth, in addition to braces! Needless to say, I was not comfortable w this plan and went to see Dr. Leiss for a second opinion. Dr. Leiss was able to accomplish the desired results within the same time frame, lower cost and solely with conservative management (braces and rubber bands- no extractions necessary!!) We are so incredibly blessed & grateful for his honesty, his kindness, his training & professionalism! In addition, we were always greeted w a smile from the office staff and we were easily able to get appointments even after school when needed.Thank you Dr. Leiss and staff for a wonderful orthodontic experience! I can’t speak highly enough about Dr. Hendrix and the staff of professionals handling my son’s orthodontic work. They listen well, explain treatment steps clearly, and are always full of encouragement for the kids. We are seeing great progress with his teeth on a case that presented some challenges.Updating this post to say that my son’s braces are now off and his smile looks amazing! He was given clear instructions about caring for and using his retainer to maintain all that hard work in place.
